  • Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

If you would like to change your delivery address after you have already placed your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments. Customers who directly contact delivery services are unable to have their addresses updated. Send an email to delivery@clickandgotyres.co.uk, and a member of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Can I change the delivery date?

Not all courier services will let you change the delivery date after the tyres have left our facilities and are on their way to you. Although, there are some courier services that will let you change the date of delivery. The courier service determines its own delivery schedule. For this reason, we are unable to modify or alter the delivery date. If you are going to be out of town when your package arrives, you may want to see if a neighbour can accept it for you.

  • How can I make adjustments to my scheduled appointment at the garage?

Please send us an email to fitting@clickandgotyres.co.uk to ensure your inquiry reaches the proper department, with the following information if you need to reschedule your fitting appointment

  1. Full Name
  2. Your Order number
  3. Phone number
  4. Original booking appointment information
  5. New fitting date

We will coordinate with the garage to see if we can make the necessary changes to meet your needs.

If the tyres have already been sent to the garage for your fitting, we may not be able to accommodate a change without charging you again to retrieve the original delivery.
As our earliest fitting date is displayed online, we are usually unable to move appointments unless the tyres have been confirmed as delivered to the garage and rearrange a new date according to the garage availability.
